This is such a fun blouse by Ann Hobbes. The sheer sleeves have a ridiculous amount of poof to them. The front has a pleat detail with a bow in front. There are 4 silver rhinestone buttons and hook closures behind the bow. This would be great with a pair of simple jeans or a luxurious silk skirt.
