This is the ultimate Fran Fine outfit! The jacket has short sleeves and a velvet collar and soutache piping. There are gold metal buttons with a metal “X” stitch detail. There are two breast pockets with gold buttons as well. The skirt has a zipper and clasp closure.
Good vintage condition. There are a few small stains that are hardly noticeable next to the big graphic pattern.
