I believe this is an unlabeled Emma Domb. These chiffon capelet dresses are one of my favorite more ethereal designs. Light blue poly jersey gown. V neckline with sheer chiffon capelet with silver and clear beaded empire waist. Zipper down the back with hook and eye closure on the capelet.
Great vintage condition. The silver beading has lost some of its silver paint. (pictured)
